Kendi tesisimizde, kataliz\u00f6rlerin i\u00e7eri\u011finde bulunan bu de\u011ferli metalleri \u00f6zel proseslerimiz ve tecr\u00fcbeli m\u00fchendislerimiz ile kolayca geri kazanarak \u00e7evremize ve \u00fclkemize katk\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz.<\/p><p>Kataliz\u00f6r; kimyasal tepkimenin olmas\u0131n\u0131 ya da h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fmesini sa\u011flayan, katalitik etkiye yol a\u00e7an madde olarak tan\u0131mlanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p><p>D\u00fcnyada ve \u00fclkemizdeki milyonlarca ara\u00e7 hava kirlili\u011finin kaynaklar\u0131ndan birini olu\u015fturuyor. \u00d6zellikle kalabal\u0131k \u015fehirlerde, egzoz gazlar\u0131 ya\u015fam kalitesini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmektedir. Bu problemi azaltmak i\u00e7in ara\u00e7larda 1975 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren katalitik konvert\u00f6rler kullan\u0131lmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Katalitik konvert\u00f6r otomobilin egzoz \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f borusuna ba\u011flanan ve zararl\u0131 gaz emisyonunu azaltan bir \u00e7elik kutu \u015feklindeki elemand\u0131r. Son derece basit bir yap\u0131s\u0131 olan kataliz\u00f6r, \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir g\u00f6rev \u00fcstlenmekte ve havaya sal\u0131nan zararl\u0131 gazlar\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde engellemektedir.<\/p><p>Ara\u00e7 egzoz gazlar\u0131 karbonmonoksit, hidrokarbonlar ve nitrojen oksitler gibi bir\u00e7ok zararl\u0131 bile\u015fenden olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Kataliz\u00f6rler bu zararl\u0131 bile\u015fenlerin y\u00fczde 90\u2019dan fazlas\u0131n\u0131 daha az zararl\u0131 karbondioksit ve su buhar\u0131na \u00e7evirirler.<\/p><p>Teknolojideki ilerlemelere ra\u011fmen hen\u00fcz kataliz\u00f6rlerde daha ucuz malzemeler kullan\u0131lamamaktad\u0131r. Trafi\u011fe \u00e7\u0131kan ara\u00e7 say\u0131s\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f ve her arac\u0131n kataliz\u00f6re ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcrse platin grubu diye adland\u0131r\u0131lan bu de\u011ferli metallere olan gereksinimimiz de her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn artacakt\u0131r.
